Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and experience navigating multiple platforms, programs, and screens while reading, writing, and speaking with a customer on the phone
- Must have a quiet place to work free from background noise

- Provide quality calls 100% of the time

Preferred Qualifications
