Requirements

- Prior Customer Service experience necessary.
- Medical office and call center background preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all patient calls timely.
- Assist patients in understanding healthcare billing.
- Update patient demographics.
- Update patient insurance information.
- Make billing/coding inquiries to other departments on behalf of the patient.
- Explain self-pay payment guidelines/procedures.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to deliver patient satisfaction.
