Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- At least two years of customer service, call center, or insurance industry experience or equivalent education, training, or experience.
Responsibilities
- Be the first contact for customers and injured workers, delivering excellent customer service.
- Answer inbound phone calls, resolve caller needs, and provide information.
- Retain a significant amount of information, follow a structured schedule, and provide individualized attention to each customer.
Preferred Qualifications
- 60 hours of college credit preferred
- 5 years of high volume call center experience or 5 years of insurance industry experience preferred.
