Requirements
- Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
- Previous cold calling or call center experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and GOLD MINE (or similar CRM software).
Responsibilities
- Making daily outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Handle inbound calls.
- Accountable for daily and weekly goals for scheduling appointments for our Benefits Specialist, along with several inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients and colleagues
- Work independently and as a key member of the entire team
- Place scheduled appointments on representatives’ calendars
- Document all calls, tasks, and appointments in CRM
- Create a positive first impression of GPIS and the unique services we provide
- Participate in daily team huddles, attend training sessions and other meetings as needed
- Other duties as assigned
