Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Working knowledge of the medical/hospital setting required
  • Experienced handling escalated/unsatisfied customers required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Detail-oriented, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in/outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities.
  • Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
  • Adhere to provided script and messaging protocols.
  • Data entry and management within provided database.
  • General clerical duties
  • Perform research to schedule remediation trips for recalls.
  • Polite and professional phone demeanor
  • Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Use of SAP and Salesforce (plus but not needed)
  • Working knowledge of the medical/hospital setting required (plus but not needed)
