Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers and address their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues, offering solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications as required.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless service.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
