Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with operational units within the DoD
- Experience working with the U.S. military as an NCO or Officer
- Experience with C-UAS, UAS, or Electromagnetic Warfare
- Experience with training development for Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in support of individual and collective training to counter the emergent threat presented by these platforms
- Play an integral role in developing training scenarios and UAS threat injects
- Assist with the planning of training within the framework of Army flight regulations
- Coordinate with internal and external training stakeholders to enhance Force Protection and Readiness of soldiers and units
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) UAS
- Experience as a military Group 1 Small UAS Operator
- Experience with training integration at Corps and Division echelons
- Bachelor’s degree
