Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tactical procurement or purchasing support roles.
- Familiarity with contract terms, purchase order systems, and supplier coordination.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Support the procurement process for Corporate Services, including issuing RFQs, comparing supplier quotes, and processing purchase orders.
- Manage supplier communications related to order confirmations, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
- Track and follow up on open orders, deliveries, and contract renewals to ensure timelines are met.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier contact details in the ERP system.
- Assist with contract reviews and support the preparation of standard procurement documents.
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate recurring issues to management.
- Collaborate with departments such as HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to gather specifications and fulfill purchasing requests.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal policies and procedures.
