Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate education is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in business consulting, value engineering, enterprise software delivery, or transformation strategy roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and presenting enterprise business cases using financial metrics such as ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR, and ARR.
- Strong project ownership mindset, with a proven ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience engaging with both operational stakeholders and senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Familiarity with digital adoption, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software transformation projects.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with an emphasis on executive storytelling.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements (approx. 10–20%).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of business cases that align WalkMe capabilities to measurable business value, including discovery, analysis, modeling, and presentation to customer stakeholders.
- Partner with FCTO leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, SAs, Customer Success) to strategically position WalkMe’s value proposition across the customer lifecycle.
- Lead customer-facing engagements including stakeholder interviews, workshops, executive presentations, and value realization sessions.
- Demonstrate strong storytelling and visualization skills to communicate technical and financial insights in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Build and maintain domain or industry-specific perspectives to inform repeatable use cases and value messaging across verticals.
- Create and manage reusable deliverables (strategy templates, value models, CoE frameworks, industry benchmarking) that drive consistency and scale across teams.
- Translate customer objectives into WalkMe-aligned solutions that reflect both operational and line-of-business outcomes.
- Track all engagements and insights in internal systems for reporting, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
- Contribute to team enablement, thought leadership projects, and best practice development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 7-figure enterprise opportunities and strategic business transformation initiatives.
- Background in software vendor or technology consulting environments.
- Multilingual fluency (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus.
