Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience.
- Three years of business transformation and or change management experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- Graduate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans for large departmental or multiyear initiatives and programs.
- Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior change management experiences.
- Communicates business transformation and change management status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related issues.
- Develops measurement processes for change management success that help business partners do self-assessments based on communicated maturity models.
- Builds and maintains productive working relationships with various project team members, consultants and stakeholders at both the executive and operational level.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
