Requirements
- Operating system knowledge (Mac and Windows)
- Proficiency in scripting languages
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
- Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM and other SaaS tools
- Proficiency with installation/configuration of software and hardware (including network equipment and printers)
- Excellent communication skills for communicating with the business technology team, employees and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures related to Corporate IT, info security and SOC II compliance.
- Review new vendors and work on process improvements.
- Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment & maintain asset inventory.
- Maintain SaaS applications and licensing.
- Collaborate and communicate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.
- Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
- Train users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise.
- Assist with employee provisioning and deprovision.
