Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Requirements Gathering and documentation – Expertise in eliciting, analyzing and documenting business and system requirements.

Responsibilities
- Collaborating and coordinating requirements or user story testing by working with the line of business, Quality Engineers, technology to confirm the developed solution meets all initiative requirements.
- Collaborating with key leaders and subject matter experts to elicit, define, and document initiative needs.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on business or technology processes and analysis techniques to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Translating initiative needs into requirements or user stories using applicable methodology.
- Gathering requirements from business units and translating those to programmers and developers.
- Assessing and documenting the impacts of suggested requirements or user stories to provide a thorough understanding of current and future states of the impacted areas.
- Escalating risks, dependencies, and issues to the designated leaders.
- Collaborating with leaders to document scope or requirement changes for approval.
- Creating requirements or user stories, data mapping, and flow diagrams by using standard tools.
- Establishing process performance data and metrics for ongoing business as usual (BAU) support.
- Improving quality by creating clear acceptance criteria and providing guidance on defect management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Finance domain preferred.
- Application Development, Business Management, Customer Solutions, Design, Group Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Release Management, Software Solutions, User Experience (UX) Design.
