2-3 recent years of experience working in the financial services industry as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Programming Analyst.
A thorough understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
3 recent years of experience in a Capital Markets technology environment with API research
2-3 recent years of experience with SQL or Oracle query
Wide-ranging experience using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
Must possess strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication abilities
Deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.
Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.

Engage with internal constituents and clients to determine requirements on improving the technology capabilities of Transfer Agency solutions.
Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Conduct various types of research and analysis to support business operations of an internal business segment, division, group or line of business.
Assist management in resolving business issues in an effective and productive manner.
Design, document and re-engineer business processes and publish business metrics results.
Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
