Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Sales Development roles or other high-volume hiring
- Strong ability to build relationships with Sales hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing strategic hiring support
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent Brex at campus events and networking sessions
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting efforts across multiple schools and stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices
- BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree
- Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers in Sales to develop SDR hiring strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of candidates
- Proactively source passive candidates for SDR roles through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and networking
- Build relationships with career services and student organizations
- Attend and coordinate career fairs, networking events, and sales competitions to attract top entry-level sales talent
- Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process
- Create comprehensive talent maps to share insights on the talent market
- Represent Brex to candidates, helping to find and attract exceptional talent
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience working in a high-growth startup
- Experience managing university partnerships and developing early-career talent pipelines
