Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and delivery of Business Unit reports, metrics, dashboards, and tools/applications
- Evaluating and providing recommendations for upgrading/automating Business Unit operational and/or systems processes related to reporting and metrics development
- Establishing and delivering data integrity tools/solutions
- Implementing and documenting data integration or migration strategies
- Working closely with Corporate Technical and Development Teams to document systems and applications, or process, data flows and tracking changes
- Researching, identifying, and testing technology products required for the storage, security, and automation of data and information
- Gathering vital meeting information and generating reports and metrics for stakeholders
- General helpdesk supporting Business Unit systems, reporting, applications/tools, accounts/licenses, and new projects
- Account management of Business Unit licenses/accounts/subscriptions
- Systems/Applications/Tools/Data security; governance, risk management, and administration
- Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service
- Other duties and special projects as may be required
