Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
  • Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and gaps.
  • Redesign workflows and procedures to align with modernized system capabilities and organizational goals.
  • Develop and support plans to phase out legacy systems while ensuring historical data accessibility.
  • Identify opportunities for further process improvements based on system performance and user feedback.
  • Document desk manuals and standard operating procedures to support the business.
  • Support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team in identifying impacts of process changes on staff and operations.
  • Assist in the update of policies and procedures to reflect changes in business processes and system functionalities.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to facilitate alignment and consensus on process and system changes.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on process-related progress and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and map current and future state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, particularly with transitioning from legacy systems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles, with experience assessing the impacts of process and system changes on staff and operations.
  • Skilled in developing clear, user-focused documentation including desk manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supporting knowledge transfer across teams and departments.
  • Experience supporting or delivering end-user training related to new processes and procedures.
