Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in performance management, business analytics, or strategic operations—ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of operational drivers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and influence senior leadership
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and streamline processes across practice areas to support functions that increase productivity and efficiency
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance across departments
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Work with department heads to implement performance improvement plans
- Prepare reports and strategic insights for leadership meetings
- Support the firm’s planning processes, including goal setting, performance tracking and progress reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent preferred
