Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, operations, sales, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong ability to take direction and adapt quickly to new processes and tasks
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Docs
Responsibilities
- Manage quarterly ops planning sessions and regular operations team events
- Content support across all operational channels: commercial, investors, social media
- Assist with board meeting preparation
- Oversee organization and delivery of investor materials
- Assist with sourcing of new prospects for partnership opportunities
- Build out Company-run events calendar, leading execution on all fronts
- Assist with industry monitoring including management of conference calendar, including execution around attendance and sponsorships
- Manage company-wide operations announcements and material communication
- Support public engagement work (e.g., marketing, location coordination)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both large and small organizations
- Experience working in industries such as: fusion, energy, aerospace, automotive or manufacturing
- Experience working closely with PhD scientists and R&D technology organizations
