Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, investment banking, private equity, or a similar role; Experience in FinTech preferred but not required
  • High EQ, ability to work cross-functionally throughout the organization, proven ability to work with and present to senior leadership, and team player mentality
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Familiarity with SQL, Google Data Studio, and BigQuery or other database tools preferred, but not required
  • Proven ability to synthesize financial and strategic data into actionable insights; strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Financial modeling experience to put together business cases and enable the business to make data-driven decisions
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a commitment to excellence. Willingness to work long hours on an as-needed basis

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, including cross-functional leadership across the business, to develop and implement business unit strategies
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects to deliver on NinjaTrader’s growth ambition, including conducting objective analyses & developing insights on business performance
  • Analyze customer activity and business drivers to inform key insights, identify trends, and develop recommendations to accelerate growth
  • Conduct in-depth research and business analysis to identify key business trends, threats, and opportunities
  • Create financial models to develop business cases and support key business stakeholders
  • Research and develop analyses on market trends, industry developments, emerging technologies, and other market developments affecting our business and/or strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a sounding board and strategic partner to senior leadership as a ‘force multiplier’ across the business
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for the Executive Team and Board of Directors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FinTech preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with SQL, Google Data Studio, and BigQuery or other database tools preferred, but not required
