Requirements
- 3+ years in Program or Project Management experience
- Experience in management consulting or similar in change management, business operations
- Strong experience in building program structures and rolling out best practices
- Highly organized & detail-oriented – able to track multiple moving parts without missing deadlines
- Ability to Strong meeting facilitation skills – ability to drive efficiency and ensure clear action items
- Expertise in program management tools – experience with Smartsheets, Tableau, Power BI, HubSpot (or similar)
- Experience in developing SOPs, defining approval processes, and improving workflows
- Quick learner with a generalist mindset – able to adapt quickly to new technical or business challenges
- Self starter with strong comfort and ability to dive into any problem and leave no stone unturned
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale technology and research initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment
- Develop, maintain, and optimize program and project plans, keeping teams accountable and tracking deliverables
- Own and improve meeting structures, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups. Create and manage program documentation reporting to keep leadership informed on project progress and risks
- Building and maintaining dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Identify gaps in execution, coordination, and risk management and implement best practices
- Introduce scalable, structured workflows to improve efficiency across multiple teams
- Implement SOPs and approval processes, ensuring seamless execution of projects
- Establish a centralized system for tracking project status, approvals, and budgets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Notion, Monday.com, or other workflow management tools
- Background in continuous improvement, Six Sigma
- MBA experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Exposure to biotech, R&D, or technology-driven projects is a plus
