Business Operations Manager

5-7 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a similar role with increasing responsibility in business operations, demonstrating an internal consulting approach.
Proven experience in leading and managing projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong understanding of operational efficiency and process optimization principles.
Demonstrated ability to think critically, work independently, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and manage operational projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, developing project plans, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvements. Develop and present reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with and influence teams across the organization to drive operational initiatives, facilitate change, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support the Director of Operations in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Support company-wide OKR reporting by consolidating progress updates, identifying cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring leadership has visibility into performance against strategic goals.
Proactively identify challenges, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions with minimal supervision.
