Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a similar role with increasing responsibility in business operations, demonstrating an internal consulting approach.
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of operational efficiency and process optimization principles.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, work independently, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operational projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, developing project plans, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvements. Develop and present reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with and influence teams across the organization to drive operational initiatives, facilitate change, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the Director of Operations in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Support company-wide OKR reporting by consolidating progress updates, identifying cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring leadership has visibility into performance against strategic goals.
- Proactively identify challenges, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
