Requirements

  • at least 3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role — ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • detail-obsessed and process-driven
  • enjoy working on finance-adjacent workflows like invoicing, spend tracking, or internal reporting
  • take initiative and find satisfaction in seeing tasks through from start to finish
  • highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workflows across tools and teams without missing a beat
  • comfortable in spreadsheets and familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • experience with systems like Hubspot, contract software, or payment and expense platforms (e.g., Ramp, Stripe) is a plus
  • team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed
  • excited to work on-site with us in NYC

Responsibilities

  • own the essential workflows that power our day-to-day business
  • managing our invoice process
  • handling contracts
  • maintaining CRM hygiene
  • supporting financial tracking
  • supporting finance operations — including invoice processing, internal reporting, expense tracking, and maintaining up-to-date records

Preferred Qualifications

  • experience with systems like Hubspot, contract software, or payment and expense platforms (e.g., Ramp, Stripe) is a plus
