Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role — ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
- detail-obsessed and process-driven
- enjoy working on finance-adjacent workflows like invoicing, spend tracking, or internal reporting
- take initiative and find satisfaction in seeing tasks through from start to finish
- highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workflows across tools and teams without missing a beat
- comfortable in spreadsheets and familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- experience with systems like Hubspot, contract software, or payment and expense platforms (e.g., Ramp, Stripe) is a plus
- team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed
- excited to work on-site with us in NYC
Responsibilities
- own the essential workflows that power our day-to-day business
- managing our invoice process
- handling contracts
- maintaining CRM hygiene
- supporting financial tracking
- supporting finance operations — including invoice processing, internal reporting, expense tracking, and maintaining up-to-date records
Preferred Qualifications
- experience with systems like Hubspot, contract software, or payment and expense platforms (e.g., Ramp, Stripe) is a plus
