Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 7+ years relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Manages a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high risk functional area(s)
- Implements policies / processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives
- Interfaces regularly with management in the delivery of work activities
- Works autonomously and is accountable for acting as a lead within a specialized business management function
- Provides seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members
- Undertakes and completes a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise
- Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in data visualization, reporting and business intelligence
- Extensive experience using Tableau including advanced understanding of calculated fields, level of detail formulas, dashboard actions and tableau data source workbooks
- Experience building interactive dashboards using Power BI including experience using DAX and Power Query
- Good understanding of relational databases and data architecture
- Ability to understand business questions and translate them into data analysis requirements
- Effective at interpreting visualizations and statistical outputs to identify key insights
- Able to communicate data insights clearly and concisely through visualizations and narratives
