Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field ie data or statistics, or proven numerical competence.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in business operations or other related project-management field
  • 3-5 years of experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Experience with Marketo and SFDC or other CRM data
  • Highly analytical and strong quantitative skills, and a deep intellectual curiosity
  • Experience establishing, implementing, tracking and reporting on sales KPIs and success metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business reports that help a professional services organization operate smoothly, with views that will meet the needs of other business partners (Finance, Sales Operations, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where change is a constant.
  • Experience with SFDC or other CRM data
  • Experience working in a matrixed business

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as a critical partner in strategic and tactical cross-functional planning as part of the Global Business Operations team.
  • Lead key initiatives by structuring work plans, synthesizing data, conducting analyses, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement an ROI framework for core marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent tracking and measurement of impact.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize the demand generation process, owning workflow management and ongoing reporting.
  • Project manage key initiatives within the go-to-market function and other business areas as needed.
  • Develop and manage strategic reporting and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Oversee monthly metrics reporting, working closely with Sales Operations to track key performance indicators against annual, quarterly, and monthly targets by region.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to assess industry trends and evolving client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced excel, experience with basic coding or analytics packages
  • Experience with business intelligence or data-visualization tools/software
