Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or a related field—ideally within or supporting a Finance function
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of SQL or another data query language
  • Ability to deliver high-quality dashboards and compelling data narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging and influencing stakeholders across levels
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain intuitive, scalable dashboards and self-service reporting tools using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful, actionable insights for business leaders
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and data needs aligned to strategic goals
  • Lead efforts to standardize reporting through automation, reusable templates, and common definitions
  • Support month-end close reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and planning workflows
  • Collaborate with enterprise technology and data analytics teams to ensure data quality, governance, and availability
  • Contribute to ad-hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives that guide decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an enterprise finance organization, supporting reporting and planning processes
  • Familiarity with financial systems and cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, OneStream, and Databricks
  • Proficiency with Python or R for automation or advanced analytics
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows
  • Experience applying AI or machine learning tools to accelerate analytics workflows
  • Demonstrated resilience in solving ambiguous or complex data challenges
  • Track record of building trust and credibility through analytical rigor and stakeholder partnership
