Requirements
- Proficiency in Business Objects reporting
- Proficiency in acquiring, organizing, cleansing, manipulating, and mining large amounts of data
- Strong partnering skills
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong strategic aptitude, clear thinking and communicating, and great decision making
- Obsess about making end-users happy and have strong opinions about good customer experience
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to understand the bigger picture
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Scrappy and resourceful, with no fear of getting hands dirty and an impulse to tackle challenges
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a high-performance development team
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays, with up to 2 weeks a month as the on-call point of contact for troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the OpSheet reporting space and keep up with technological and system changes
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for the OpSheet system
- Develop meaningful and impactful reporting solutions to meet the needs of Operations
- Document and communicate processes and report functionality to end users as the Subject Matter Expert
- Engage appropriate partners and distribute communication for any issues that may arise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of Theme Park Operations or the OpSheet Platform
- Proficiency in Business Objects semantic layer (universe) design
- Proficiency in Tableau or other visualization/reporting software
- Proficiency in Python
