Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field of study
- Five years of experience in performing statistical and data analysis within the financial services industry
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the retirement business and enterprise analytics team to develop, prioritize, and deliver on a portfolio of business intelligence (BI) projects
- Design BI to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Deliver proactive insights based on team-generated BI
- Work with the business to improve data acumen and extract value from the BI and statistical analysis
- Present BI by telling compelling stories with data
- Devise long-term strategy for how BI analysis can support the retirement business and work with team members to make that vision concrete with discrete executable steps
- Mentor and coach junior team members to deliver BI projects
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to deliver high-quality BI analysis and insights
