Responsibilities

  • Manage release execution by pulling business requirements into P360 systems.
  • Attend Solution Readouts
  • Conduct Solution Readout analysis (Perform a Fit Gap Analysis (FGA), Collect and summarize stakeholder feedback, Work w/Domain Team & BT to address gaps, Conclude FGA w/final review & alignment w/BT)
  • Documents summary of deliverables transitioning from Pre-Build to Build
  • Align scope of requirements related to upstream interdependent deliverables
  • Submit & track tickets with our Salesforce Administrators & development teams.
  • Sprint Demo Feedback – gather from FL, BA, SMEs
  • Change Management Impact assessment
  • Coordination of Enablement needs
  • Reviews enablement plan and materials from Enablement team
  • Review and sign-off on UAT test scripts from SMEs
  • Coordinate UAT
  • Contribute to delivery of KDDs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ~3-5 years of hands-on experience as a project manager or program coordinator.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience working with business and technical teams, coordinating solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
  • Experience in business process analysis.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven competencies.
  • Proven ability to coordinate a diverse set of business users to develop cohesive and streamlined requirements, documentation, and user acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent team player able to work within a global operating model, including virtual and distributed cross-functional teams, with the flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Ability to support team members and improve work processes.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification Preferred.
