Responsibilities

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience as the first face of Scribe.
  • Explore the use of AI tooling that can improve the customer experience.
  • Generating Enterprise pipeline and qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Bringing in paying customers and closing revenue.
  • Contributing to the optimization of our inbound funnel and sales processes.
  • Running Email campaigns to nurture customers with best practices and new product updates.
  • Running Webinars to drive engagement and train new Scribe users.
  • Consulting with customers 1:1 to identify new opportunities for growth and adoption of Scribe.
  • Sharing insights with the Customer Success team to equip the team with resources to deliver value to our customers.
  • Reactivation campaigns to engage dormant prospects.
  • Outbound messaging to drive awareness of Scribe and bring qualified prospects into the sales funnel.
  • Qualifying calls to identify if customers would be a good fit for Scribe and specific use cases Scribe can help with.
  • Researching accounts appropriately to ensure successful sales cycles.
