Requirements

- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn multiple aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
- Providing an exceptional customer experience as the first face of Scribe.
- Explore the use of AI tooling that can improve the customer experience.
- Generating Enterprise pipeline and qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
- Bringing in paying customers and closing revenue.
- Contributing to the optimization of our inbound funnel and sales processes.
- Running Email campaigns to nurture customers with best practices and new product updates.
- Running Webinars to drive engagement and train new Scribe users.
- Consulting with customers 1:1 to identify new opportunities for growth and adoption of Scribe.
- Sharing insights with the Customer Success team to equip the team with resources to deliver value to our customers.
- Reactivation campaigns to engage dormant prospects.
- Outbound messaging to drive awareness of Scribe and bring qualified prospects into the sales funnel.
- Qualifying calls to identify if customers would be a good fit for Scribe and specific use cases Scribe can help with.
- Researching accounts appropriately to ensure successful sales cycles.
