Requirements

  • 6-12+ months of sales experience, with a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in sales
  • A natural communicator who isn’t afraid to make cold calls and initiate contact with potential customers
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic
  • Eager to learn and able to take constructive feedback
  • A consistent and proven record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Have a strong and genuine interest in data and AI

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers by creating opportunities and setting up high-value meetings for our Account Executives. Utilize research and data to prioritize outreach efforts via cold calls, emails, and social networking to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Partner closely with our CEO and Account Executives to identify and source meetings that would lead to pipeline and closed-win revenue
  • Maintain a high volume of cold calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads
  • Consistently working towards and achieving daily/weekly/monthly activity targets and quota
  • Become a Secoda expert by researching, understanding and targeting our ICP
  • Build and maintain a professional network; staying up to date with industry news and trends, and establishing professional relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tech experience or experience in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, SalesNav, ScratchPad and other similar tools
