Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or ample outbound sales experience
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Proficiency in G-suite products and email communication.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav or similar sales CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential franchise and enterprise accounts.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book qualified meetings for the franchise sales team.
  • Qualify leads and ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles.
  • Schedule discovery calls and seamlessly hand off prospects to senior sales reps.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Track outreach activities, booked meetings, and lead progress.
  • Generate consistent outbound volume to support pipeline goals.
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage workflows, outreach cadences, and lead generation.
  • Continuously improve outreach effectiveness through data and feedback.

  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve outreach strategies and team performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outbound sales experience, ideally in the hospitality sector.
  • Located in or familiar with Southern California market is a plus
