Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of experience as a BDR or other outbound sales role
- A track record of driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement
- Experience working with Outreach and Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Superior verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship management skills
- Ability to create highly customized outbound messaging clearly communicating Modern Treasury’s platform to both Technical audience and Finance teams
- BA or BS required
Responsibilities
- Onboard with our team
- Develop an understanding of our customers and the problems we solve
- Review supporting collateral for use in our sales cycle
- Develop an understanding of our brand positioning, sales process and customer engagement
- Familiarize yourself with our infrastructure and tooling
- Join prospect and customer conversations to better understand our value proposition, buyer personas and product-market fit
- Begin to take ownership of the growth of a specific territory while working closely with an Account Executive
- Create strategies to feed sales qualified leads to your team
- Independently prioritize, manage and develop your outbound opportunity pipeline
- Achieve or exceed your monthly outbound sales qualified lead quota
- Communicate customer needs and requirements to our Product, Growth and Sales teams to inform our product roadmap and competitive positioning
