Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience, ideally with an interest in outbound sales
- 1+ years of experience in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong communication, follow-up, and objection-handling skills
- Effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to dynamic environments
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or Salesloft
Responsibilities
- Driving business growth and expanding the customer base by identifying and nurturing potential opportunities through proactive outreach and effective lead qualification

- Share insights to refine outreach and messaging strategies
- Meet or exceed outreach and pipeline targets

- Drive high-quality engagement to support revenue growth

- Track outreach performance and provide insights
