Requirements
- 5 years of experience in successful sales experience (prospecting + account management) in a B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus
- Ability to travel 50% in North America and yearly to France
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business within and outside the current customer base through market research and prospection, including frequent customer visits and presentations, trade fairs, etc. on own-IP products.
- Work closely with the Marketing Managers to successfully promote and win own-IP products business and related Combination Product services
- Work closely with the Leads Team to jointly prospect and follow-up promptly on information and samples requests, pricing requests, new services opportunities etc.
- Elaborate presentations, answer and win RFI/RFQ
- Participate in developing the marketing strategy for this market/region
- Develop and maintain relationships within all levels of the customers’ organizations. In particular these will include Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing and decision makers on Services (including HF studies, Analytical services, regulatory strategy, drug device development)
- Manage margin improvement through price increase and/or identifying cost reduction opportunities
- Communicate and champion customer needs throughout the Nemera organization; leverage the organization to win new projects
- Develop and organize effective working relationships with Nemera manufacturing facilities and project management teams in support of the customers
- Manage, follow up and/or conclude existing projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceuticals and/or healthcare drug delivery devices industry desirable
- Results oriented, used to multi-year sales cycles.
- Excellent listener with strong communication skills. Some experience in cold calling and prospection.
- Curiosity and technical acumen. Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals a strong plus.
- Autonomous but team player, specially in a cross-cultural environment.
- Very structured, organized, and rigorous.
