Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in successful sales experience (prospecting + account management) in a B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus
  • Ability to travel 50% in North America and yearly to France

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business within and outside the current customer base through market research and prospection, including frequent customer visits and presentations, trade fairs, etc. on own-IP products.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Managers to successfully promote and win own-IP products business and related Combination Product services
  • Work closely with the Leads Team to jointly prospect and follow-up promptly on information and samples requests, pricing requests, new services opportunities etc.
  • Elaborate presentations, answer and win RFI/RFQ
  • Participate in developing the marketing strategy for this market/region
  • Develop and maintain relationships within all levels of the customers’ organizations. In particular these will include Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing and decision makers on Services (including HF studies, Analytical services, regulatory strategy, drug device development)
  • Manage margin improvement through price increase and/or identifying cost reduction opportunities
  • Communicate and champion customer needs throughout the Nemera organization; leverage the organization to win new projects
  • Develop and organize effective working relationships with Nemera manufacturing facilities and project management teams in support of the customers
  • Manage, follow up and/or conclude existing projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceuticals and/or healthcare drug delivery devices industry desirable
  • Results oriented, used to multi-year sales cycles.
  • Excellent listener with strong communication skills. Some experience in cold calling and prospection.
  • Curiosity and technical acumen. Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals a strong plus.
  • Autonomous but team player, specially in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Very structured, organized, and rigorous.
