Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management or clinical relations in healthcare.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach, with strong project management skills and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of building and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations to drive referrals and expand Talkiatry’s reach.
- Proactively research, prospect, and connect with new provider partner leads.
- Lead in-person and virtual events, presentations, and meetings to promote Talkiatry’s services and convert leads into engaged referral partners.
- Meet with providers and community leaders to foster partnerships and strengthen partnerships through in-person visits, emails, and meaningful interactions.
- Help refine outreach strategies and ensure our services reach those who need them most.
