Requirements

  • Up to 10+ years of demonstrated experience in working in the Sensing space
  • Strong writing skills, with experience in writing white papers, technical reports, and RFI/RFP responses
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of US and international customers
  • Experience working/operating in the Enterprise, Commercial and/or Research markets
  • The ability to understand and synthesize technical concepts enough to have conversations with highly technical customers and team members
  • Experience working in high-growth or deep-tech startups/scale ups
  • The ability to work autonomously as part of a small and growing team
  • Relentless optimism and persistence in driving forth commercial relationships
  • Experience with SFDC

Responsibilities

  • Grow existing business by partnering with product managers to identify opportunities for business growth with current clients
  • Communicate our value to clients, representing Q-CTRL to a broad audience
  • Inform product development by acting as a liaison between clients and the product & engineering organizations, translating client needs into actionable plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in complex engineering systems is a plus
  • Advanced degree a plus
  • Prior military or contracting experience, or experience in DoD or Government a plus
  • Experience with government business development, government contract structures, and government proposal processes is a plus
