Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years successful outside sales/account management experience (direct sales techniques preferred).
  • Experience in the commercial vehicle, logistics, or transportation sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Budget Truck products, services, and solutions.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive profitable truck rental revenue and grow market share across Florida.
  • Prospect, acquire, and retain mid-market commercial truck rental accounts.
  • Build strong referral relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and business reviews to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide tailored solutions that address customer challenges and deliver measurable value.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with both customer needs and company goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activity, account interactions, proposals, and contracts within Salesforce.com.
  • Attend local events, trade shows, and business functions to promote the Budget Truck brand.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to share market insights and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
