Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, petroleum, or environmental) is preferred, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry.
- Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing Business Operations: Evaluate and expand business operations to drive sustained growth.
- Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
- Market Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to gain an increased market share and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
- Client Relationships: Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.
- Business Negotiations: Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical understanding of zero liquid discharge treatment systems and chemistry.
- Experience in the following industry verticals, Power, CPI, HPI, and Food.
- Innovation: Propose creative solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is also beneficial.
- Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting & Resource allocation.
- Effectively manage improvement projects throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring strategic alignment and deliverable focus.
