Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the field of Information Systems with emphasis on Business Analysis, System Analysis, and Quality Assurance projects focused on domains such as Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial Loan, Mortgage Origination, Mortgage Service, Credit Cards
- BA

Responsibilities
- Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology
- Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution
- Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems
- Develop innovative strategies for optimizing business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify areas for operational enhancement
- Lead training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes and technologies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
