Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in related occupation(s).
- Five (5) years of experience in developing business process management (BPM) solutions.
- Four (4) years of experience in working with SQL and Oracle and developing key performance indicators to manipulate large sets of data.
- Three (3) years of experience in FACETS product provider data analytics and architecture to support data quality.
- Three (3) years of experience in Agile methodology.
- One (1) year of experience in commercial provider data architecture and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Act as an internal resource for lower-level associates to lean on for guidance and training.
- Lead monthly detailed Provider Data Quality meetings and status updates with Health Plan leadership, Regulatory department, IMO, IT leads, and other interested stakeholders.
- Complete adjustments to GBD Facets provider data to allow claims payments in accordance with the provider’s enrollment eligibility status within the State Medicaid enrollment system.
- Serve as operational Product Owner to manage the operational support and readiness for day-to-day delivery and upcoming changes to the Provider BCBSA Data Feed.
- Monitor and drive the resolution plan or resolve SNOW Tickets reporting provider data quality issues.
- Assess BCBSA data metrics to identify opportunities for operational and data improvements.
- Coordinate with all BA levels to incorporate best practices across Elevance Commercial markets.
