Requirements
- Business degree (honors bachelor’s degree in business administration, B. Comm. or MBA)
- Other undergraduate degrees combined with CFA designation, or commercial banking experience
- Demonstrated experience in sales or relationship management
- Strong analytical & organizational skills (skill assessed during the interview process)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in eight to ten months of hands-on training in a Commercial Banking Center
- Attend three classroom training sessions at different times throughout the program
- Complete a self-service learning plan (online training, webinars, tools and resources)
- Learn about credit approval for different sectors and credit facilities
- Offer expertise of the Bank to clients and meet their needs (e.g., cash management, loans, and foreign exchange)
- Arrange competitive packages without harming credit quality.
