Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field
  • Must have 4 years of experience in the IT consulting industry
  • Must have 4 years of experience in utilizing SQL and Database structures to query, update, and build reports for the WorkForce Software Suite
  • Must have 4 years of experience in performing time attendance in WorkForce Software Suite
  • Must have 4 years of experience in configuring, building, and maintaining integrations in the WorkForce Software application
  • Must have 4 years of experience in configuring and advising on time and attendance modules in WorkForce Software Suite
  • Must have 4 years of experience in implementing WorkForce Software Suite products and providing functional training to clients and customers
  • Must have 4 years of experience in performing business analysis and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues affecting impacted systems and users
  • Must have 4 years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing requirements, and translating requirements into solution designs
  • Must have 4 years of experience in delivering integration solutions by completing activities in design, build, and test phases
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 50% of the time to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of workforce management optimization
  • Lead all phases of a WorkForce Software implementation: requirements, construction, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify labor cost best practices, implement process improvements, and drive resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality
  • Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions
  • Provide content expertise for tool set-up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of workforce management tools and technologies
  • Lead trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff.
