Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in designing, architecting, configuring, coding, testing, and deploying Oracle BI Solutions for global customers.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in implementing and utilizing Oracle delivered BI applications to enhance and customize solutions for the client needs.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in upgrading and migrating BI solutions with cloud-based functionalities catering to specific business requirements across clients and industries.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in gathering requirements and working with offshore team members and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in overseeing senior onshore stakeholders, providing status updates, communicating risks and issues, and obtaining senior stakeholder guidance.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in providing functional support for global companies, including troubleshooting IT and functional issues, and providing business solutions.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in strategizing with client teams on future-ready application projects to build and optimize user experience.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations, including SLA tracking, reporting, and defect tracking.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in utilizing Oracle reporting tools including, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and BI Publisher.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in utilizing ETL tools including Oracle Data Integrator and Informatica.
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
  • Gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements.
  • Write functional specifications, use cases, and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.
  • Develop strategy and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.
  • Provide functional support to the development team to use the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
  • Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by the team.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
