Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate technology and/or business-related degree, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business Technology Management, Information Technology Management, or Technology Sciences
- A curiosity and passion in both business and technology
- A multifaceted, innovative, and forward-thinking individual with a bias for action
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with key collaborators as a trusted advisor
- Ability to demonstrate ownership and proactively drive initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to develop business presentations that are clear and compelling
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize information quickly
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and verbally) to a broad audience
- Comfortable in operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment, while willing to voice an opinion
- Ability to independently manage deadlines while multitasking between different priorities
Responsibilities
- Drive research innovation, staying up to date with the latest developments in emerging capabilities such as AI and identifying new areas of opportunity for the Wealth business
- Support development of Wealth’s strategy around emerging capabilities such as AI, etc., identifying internal and/or external innovative solutions to accomplish business objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Support development of a multi-year roadmap for emerging capabilities such as AI, etc. to deliver legendary client and colleague experiences, maintain competitive advantage, support business growth, and increase market share
- Perform competitive analysis regularly to ensure business is up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Employ strategic frameworks, interpreting analytical results, generating insights, writing decks to provide findings and recommendations, to solve business problems by leveraging emerging capabilities such as AI, etc.
- Effectively communicate key insights, ideas, strategies to executive level audience in clear, compelling, and concise manner
- Keep up to date with the evolving regulatory environment around emerging capabilities such as AI, etc. and ensure the strategy is always aligned with regulatory guidelines
