Requirements
- 2 years or more of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, logistics, project management, or continuous improvement highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day system administration support for business unit-specific systems, including troubleshooting issues
- Collaborates with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Conducts thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvements
- Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
- Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Develops process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future states of business processes; identifies bottlenecks and areas for optimization within existing workflows
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and propose effective and efficient solutions
- Provides input and conducts testing for the development and implementation of new systems or process enhancements
- Communicates to internal stakeholders and trains end-users on new systems or process enhancements
- Ensures business needs are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders
- Ensures implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Monitors industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Serves as business liaison for internal and external audits
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, IT, or another relevant discipline preferred
- Experience with SAFe Agile or technology deployment standards preferred
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
