Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Financial Services. Required
- 7-10 years Information Technology, financial or related functional industry. Required
- Less than 2 years Proficient in Project Development Life Cycle Methodology. Required
Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate business area subject matter expertise.
- Lead BA efforts at the program level.
- Lead development of complex Business Process Models and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in future state business area architecture in line with enterprise level business architecture.
- Partner with business line leaders to influence and help develop business strategy and understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Mentor and train team members in business analysis practices and techniques.
- Facilitate design and integration sessions with the implementation team to define the solution and deliver maximum efficiency and business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8-10 years Information Technology or financial industry with support of finance applications. Preferred
- Experience developing wire-frames, translating stories to functional and technical requirements and ability to own and perform testing strategies. Preferred
- Scrum Master Certification. Preferred
