Requirements

Responsibilities
- Create diagrams and prototypes when necessary to effectively communicate and clarify requirements for both stakeholders and development teams.
- Lead internal and external requirements review meetings to ensure mutual understanding and agreement on project objectives.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into functional and technical specifications.
- Provide timely and clear updates on requirements status, including identifying potential roadblocks, risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Gather detailed specifications from clients and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Utilize Jira to implement and maintain standardized templates for requirements across all Integrated Services programs.
- Ensure consistency in requirements documentation and communications, maintaining detailed records and artifacts.
- Uphold all relevant security, confidentiality, availability, compliance, and privacy standards, ensuring adherence to policies and controls.
- Lead discussions with clients to elicit, document, and guide project requirements and workflows, ensuring they are well-understood and actionable.
- As needed – pull logs, use SQL, and perform data analysis for requirements and triage.
- Develop and present use cases, report specifications, and other project deliverables for client and development team approval.
- Oversight for bug issue/defects triage.
