Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an IT organization in a project management or business analyst role.
- Experience in project and task management, preferably within the Jira/Confluence ecosystem.
- Experience in application lifecycle management, including requirements definition, onboarding, maintenance, and training.
- A college degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, and Computer Science is preferred by not required.
- Project management certifications such as PMP similar is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with stakeholders to define and document business processes.
- Develop and propose technology solutions to address business needs.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to create functional specifications.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business performance.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Assist in project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Work closely with project teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to convey complex information in a clear manner.
- Define test cases and participate in testing activities to ensure solution quality.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
Preferred Qualifications
- A college degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, and Computer Science is preferred by not required.
- Project management certifications such as PMP similar is preferred but not required.
