Requirements
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Bus or Food Runner
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
Responsibilities
- Support servers in delivering exceptional guest service.
- Prepare tables with polished flatware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories.
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and properly reset tables, including booth/chair cushions and tabletop items.
- Promptly clear and transport soiled dishware and linens to designated kitchen areas; dispose of waste appropriately.
- Assist with efficient table turnover by communicating with Servers, Hosts, and Management.
- Provide and refill beverages such as water, coffee, and soft drinks.
- Ensure all dining areas, including floors, are consistently clean and presentable.
