Requirements

• Strong leadership skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management methodology, including both waterfall and agile practices
• Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project life-cycle
• Effective business writing skills
• Ability to effectively facilitate meetings of any size
• Ability to create and maintain a Project Plan and IAD log when required
• Sound knowledge of escalation processes and ensuring timely communication of issues to the appropriate channels
• Sound knowledge and experience with the Quality Assurance process

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Support projects from a Quality Assurance standpoint leading the Test Planning and Test Execution
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with partners and team members
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in day to day accountabilities and interactions
• Generate an action, inform, create understanding and consensus or communicate a certain idea/point
• Review test results; defect resolution and recommend sign off
• Build Test Plan, and Test Exit
• Test Execution and Defect Management
• Identify and engage partner resources as necessary
• Ensure key project updates that include relevant and valuable information are provided as required in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the BA role – in projects ranging from small to large scale
• Knowledge of creating process flows, procedures and control points to meet Audit requirements
• Deep understanding of the CCA, BCCO, and Estates Operations is beneficial
